Mobile Adoptions The following is a list of locations where C.A.R.L. has Mobile Adoptions on a regular basis. Mobile Adoptions are when a group of volunteers takes a few of our Adoptable Dogs to locations other than our Adoption Center to be shown. Click on a location to see a map
